I Can Make a Difference

Emily, Age 13, brain tumor

Camp Cavett makes a difference to me because nobody here makes fun of me because of my illness. Everybody can see how it feels to be made fun of because of an illness. At Camp Cavett, everyone is respectful of illnesses.

I can make a difference for others by helping them walk if they can't or bending down to pick something up if they have a metal Rod in their back.

If one person does something good, they can influence someone else to do good and then it keeps going and gets passed on.
